Do you expect a standard parcel sent by DHL?
Please use the following options to check the status of your parcel.

In case you received a dedicated link from your shipper please use this link to track your parcel. If you have not received a parcel ID, please contact the sender to ask for the status of your shipment.

Do you have an inquiry about DHL eCommerce, DHL Parcel or DHL Global Mail products and services? Our customer service will be happy to help.

Please consider that we can only offer support in case you receive a shipment from one of the above organizations or if you are a business customer planning to send frequent international shipments. Private customers can send their international shipments via the local post office.
